GQ Magazine

Condé Nast Publications • Visual Storytelling & Editorial Design

My early editorial work at GQ marked my entry into Condé Nast, where I worked as a designer under Creative Director Fred Woodward within a highly conceptual, craft-driven environment. This period was defined by hands-on, concept-led storytelling—well before AI tools or stock-driven effects—where each layout was built from scratch with intention and precision.

The work approached visual storytelling as narrative persuasion, treating each feature like a film poster designed to intrigue, engage, and set the tone before the first word was read. These pages reflect an era of bold editorial experimentation, deep collaboration, and disciplined design thinking that continues to inform my approach today.
